Looking back, all the jobs and experiences he went through are like footprints made towards his journey of self-discovery and with every step; Derek better understood his purpose why he is put on this earth to do.

He believes everyone is gifted, just that not many people know how to open their gifts and have yet to unlock and realize their potential.

How then can an individual’s potential be unleashed? A life changing personal experience, a book with words that jump out and speak to them or a motivational speaker who can stir up fire in their belly, touch their hearts and cause a chemical reaction in their brains to demand more of themselves so they can have a positive impact to people around them.

Derek believes everyone has the potential to become better exponentially by just becoming 1% better than he was yesterday. He strives to be the catalyst to everyone coming into his life and to leave a lasting positive impact!
